- A brief description of why you are interested in the training program.
You may also choose to provide additional optional information to personalize your experience on the website, though it is not required. If you submit the necessary information and we accept your registration, you will receive an email detailing the next steps to complete the registration process.
Please note that failure to provide the required information may prevent us from processing your registration or providing you with the appropriate services.

While we strive to recruit top instructors and staff to provide you with the best experience during our courses, the inclusion of any specific instructor as a feature on our Website or in our marketing materials does not constitute a recommendation or guarantee that your course will be taught by that specific instructor. We make no representations as to the quality or nature of any specific instructor.
From time to time, we may publicize and promote the outcomes of certain featured alumni from our training programs on this Website and in our social media or marketing outlets. These results are shared for informational purposes only. Cybersteps does not guarantee any outcome, job placement, salary, or specific vocational achievement. The training program is not a job placement program, and results may vary. Past results are not indicative of future success.
If a Cybersteps alumnus landed a great job after completing a training program, that outcome does not guarantee similar results for other students. Outcomes are highly variable and are influenced by location, market conditions, and factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or employment success.
Completing a Cybersteps training program does not guarantee proficiency in the subject matter taught. While our instructors and staff are committed to guiding students’ learning throughout the training program, some students may not succeed, and some may not graduate. Furthermore, completing the training program does not ensure employment in the field or mastery of the subject matter. You should thoroughly research the locations, program timings, admission requirements, associated fees, and your personal capacity before enrolling in any Cybersteps training program.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and all content, services, and materials on the Site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
These Terms contain a binding arbitration provision that requires you to resolve any claims or disputes with Cybersteps GmbH through individual arbitration, rather than in court. This provision includes a Class Action Waiver, meaning you cannot bring claims on behalf of others or participate in a class action.
If you wish to opt out of arbitration and the Class Action Waiver, you may do so by sending us a written request within 30 days of accepting these Terms.
16. Langauge
The Parties have expressly agreed that this agreement, along with all related documents and notices, will be written in the English language.
